With Immense pleasure, we invite all HISI Members and Delegates to HISICON 2024, XVIII National Conference of Hospital infection Society-India organized jointly by the Departments of Microbiology and Surgery of SMS Medical College Jaipur on 23rd to 25th August 2024 (Pre-Conference Workshop 22nd August 2024) to be held at The Pink City - Jaipur.
It will be an academic feast with multiple hands on workshops, CME, and symposia which have been thoughtfully decided keeping the needs on priority. It will cover all the aspects of Infection Prevention with an emphasis on Antibiotic Stewardship with the prevailing scenario of the use and abuse of antibiotics. Special care will be taken to have the multidisciplinary integrative approach considering the role of infection control in all specialties and other disciplines keeping One Health approach taking into consideration the recent outbreaks of Nipah and CCHF etc. It will bring together hundreds of Infection Control practitioners, Clinical Microbiologists, Clinicians, Nursing Staff, and Medical Students from across the country to discuss important issues related to the current applications and future of Infection Control.
The conference will also provide a platform for the dissemination and sharing of updated knowledge amongst professionals interested in the study of Infection Control and Microbiology in the country. There are many interesting topics and discussions, which have been diligently crafted and will be presented over three days by esteemed National and International faculty.

Established by stalwarts of Neurosurgery, Microbiology, Surgery, Nephrology, Anesthesia, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Infection Prevention and Control, like Dr. Brahm Prakash: NeuroSurgery, Dr. Bhale Rao: Surgery, Dr. Acharya: Nephrology, Dr. FD Dastur: Internal Medicine, Dr. Ajita Mehta: Infection Control Professional, Prof. Geeta Mehta: Microbiology and Infection Control, Dr. TS Jain: Paediatrics. Registered in 1992 the organization is three decades old in the field, serving the nation and humanity. It is a registered Academic Society incorporated with the Registrar of Societies at Delhi and conforms to 12 A of the IT Act.
We also request you and your colleagues and students to submit your best research paper and win the award based on the scientific quality of the submitted abstract. The last date for abstract submission is 30th June 2024
The conference time in the month of August is very pleasant and is expected to have the most comfortable weather with few showers of rains making the area lush green and pleasant. We look forward to your esteemed presence and support at the Conference.

On all online payments, bank gateway charges will be applicable at 3% of the total amount.
Registration is mandatory to register for the conference as well as to register for the Workshop and CME.
Confirmation of registration will be done after receiving the payment details, Registration number will be sent to you by mail
Participants of Category (C, D, F) must submit proof with signature from the institution head/supervisor in the institution letterhead.
Payment Mode: Bank Transfer/Credit/ Debit Card
Payment Details should be sent on email to hisiconference2024@gmail.com (Transaction ID & Date of Transaction of the payable at beneficiary address.
Conference kit for spot registration shall not be guaranteed.
All Registrations from 15th August 2024 will be considered as spot registration.
The registration fee includes entry to all Scientific sessions & conference meals and a conference kit.
Cancellation Policy:
Registrations cancelled 2 weeks before the conference will be eligible for 25% refund of fees excluding 18% GST.
Registrations cancelled 1 month before the conference will be eligible for 50% refund of fees excluding 18% GST.
Registrations cancelled 2 month before the conference will be eligible for 75% refund of fees excluding 18% GST.
After 16th August 2024, no requests for refund will be accepted.
A refund will be processed after two weeks of conference dates.
